When we developed Parmontley Hall Lodge Park, our ambition was simple: to create a place where families could put down roots in one of England's most unspoilt corners. It’s a truly special setting for a holiday home in the heart of Northumberland.
Low Haber has a 9-month season, while Parmontley Hall is open for 11 months of the year. Our parks are perfectly positioned for exploring Hexham and Northumberland National Park, with easy access to castles, attractions, and local towns for days out.

We're here to make the journey to owning your holiday home as straightforward and exciting as it should be. Most holiday home owners go from first enquiry to collecting their keys in a matter of weeks! Our path to ownership guides you through every step of the way, with our team on hand to help you decide whether we're the right choice for you and your loved ones.
01. Arrange a tour to meet with our team
The best way to experience Parmontley Hall and Low Haber is to visit in person! During your tour, you'll be able to explore the park, take in the peaceful setting and imagine yourself here. A member of our experienced team will be on hand to answer your questions and talk you through all of your options.
02. Choose your holiday home and pitch
Following your park tour, if you decide Parmontley Hall or Low Haber is the park for you, we'll show you our available pitches and help you choose a lodge that suits your lifestyle, needs and budget. When you have chosen your perfect holiday home and pitch, we’ll require a minimum 10% deposit to secure it for you.
03. Get excited about your new lifestyle
Our team will guide you through the final stage of your purchase and make sure everything runs smoothly. You can typically move in within 3 weeks. From handover onwards, you'll have the freedom to escape to your own holiday home in Northumberland whenever you please, making memories you'll cherish forever.
